A Word from Our Owner
My name is Bill Sillery, and I founded B&T Pest Solutions in 2005 with my wife, Tessie. I’m originally from New Jersey, and my wife is from Colombia, South America (via Michigan). My first taste of the southwest Florida lifestyle was when my parents bought a vacation home in Naples in the 1960s. I moved to north Florida in 1977 to be a farmer, then relocated to Naples in the early 1980s, still as a farmer.
I started working in pest control in the late 1990s, and after spending several years working for local companies, I went into business for myself with the help of my wife. This was a natural progression for me, as I prefer to be in control and personally responsible to my family, employees, and customers. I wanted to work for a business that respects customers and considers their needs the most important factor. I didn’t want to be part of an organization that thinks only of the bottom line.
I’m an active member of the 4H and still do some farming on my property. I also raise livestock. I enjoy bow hunting, fishing, camping, and watching movies with my family.
